Because Soffizlly products are digital downloads or digital access products, all sales are generally final once the files or access have been delivered.

When to contact support
Customers can contact support if there is a duplicate purchase, technical issue, failed download, missing access, or accidental purchase.
Soffizlly will review support requests in a practical and fair way based on the issue.
No file sharing
Refunds do not give permission to keep, share, upload, resell, or redistribute downloaded files.
If access is refunded or revoked, the customer must stop using the product files.
